What we offer
Aged care and retirement operators, occupational therapy and home modification services, hospitals and community health, hardware and mobility retailers, and property managers fitting out accessible bathrooms.
How to order
Tell us what you need and roughly how many, and we will come back with a price and a lead time. We hold stock in Australia, so most lines ship from here rather than being ordered in.
There is no minimum order to ask. Pricing improves with quantity and with a standing order.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay by credit or debit card through Stripe, or use PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
What are your delivery options and times?
New Zealand delivery is free on orders of NZ$75 or more after discounts, and NZ$39 below that amount. Express Delivery costs NZ$39. Typical delivery takes 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours handling.
Do I get a receipt?
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment. Tracking information follows once the order has shipped.
Do you have a shop location?
We sell online. Our administration offices are not retail showrooms or return depots.
How do I know when my order ships?
We send tracking information by email once your order ships. You can use our Track Your Parcel page.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Contact theteam@raisedtoiletseat.co.nz with your order number and any tracking information. We aim to answer within one business day.
