Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Toilet Seat NZ, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. The seller is the website operator, the buyer is the person or organisation ordering, and goods are the products ordered. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Ordering and payment

Payment is due when you complete an order. If payment is declined or not received, the order is not placed and goods are not dispatched. Available payment methods are credit or debit card through Stripe and PayPal. Prices and delivery charges are displayed in New Zealand dollars before payment.

Shipping

You pay the delivery amount shown at checkout. Free-delivery offers apply to eligible New Zealand orders. Contact us about international destinations or special delivery requirements before ordering. If a parcel is lost, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required. Damage in transit does not remove your consumer rights. Returns and cancellation

Our voluntary change-of-mind period is 15 days from purchase, subject to the conditions in our returns policy. Statutory remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are separate and are not limited to that period. Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch.

Complaints

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The terms shown when you order apply to that purchase. Your applicable New Zealand consumer rights are unaffected by the location of the operator.
