Orders of NZ$75 or more ship free with tracked delivery (a flat NZ$39.00 below that), in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. This is an online only shop: there is no showroom and nothing is collected.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
What are your delivery options and times?
New Zealand delivery is free on orders of NZ$75 or more after discounts, and NZ$39 below that amount. Express Delivery costs NZ$39. Typical delivery takes 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours handling.
Do I get a receipt?
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment. Tracking information follows once the order has shipped.
Do you have a shop location?
We sell online. Our administration offices are not retail showrooms or return depots.
How do I know when my order ships?

My order has not arrived. What should I do?
