New Zealand delivery

Standard delivery is free when the order subtotal after discounts is NZ$75 or more. Below NZ$75, delivery is NZ$39. Express Delivery is available for NZ$39; selecting it replaces the standard delivery charge.

Delivery times

Typical delivery takes 5 to 7 days, plus 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing. Timing varies by location. The original store also publishes a 5 to 7 day service to Australia; contact us to confirm a destination outside New Zealand before ordering.

Tracking and separate parcels

Once your order ships, we send an email with tracking information. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Use Track Your Parcel or contact our team if you need help.
